She began her career on the development side, acquiring teardown properties and building high-end beachfront townhomes. That experience gives her a builder’s eye, an investor’s mindset, and a strategic advantage for her clients.

Today, Christina leads one of the top real estate teams across Los Angeles and Orange County and is an active real estate investor. She also teaches real estate courses for the local board and at colleges, helping agents and future professionals understand strategy, marketing, and negotiation.
